I’m Patrick, your first contact. A French-Malian entrepreneur, I lived and worked in Mali before returning to France. With Dominique and our team, I help you prepare your paperwork.
PRESIDENT OF VOXNOVIA
Patrick DUPONT BELOEIL
A French-Malian entrepreneur, Patrick listens to you, helps clarify your needs and prepares the next steps with you.
A former notary, Dominique brings his experience of organisation and management. He represents ACCOMMODO in Voxnovia’s general management.
The experience Dominique brings to your support
Notarial practice and office management: managing teams, documents and commitments. His notarial practice ended on 24 April 2023.
ACCOMMODO, since 2023: co-founder and president; governance, finance and risk.
Voxnovia, in 2026: general management on behalf of ACCOMMODO; clear working arrangements, defined responsibilities and care for information protection.
His background does not make Voxnovia a notarial practice or law firm. Reserved professional activities remain with authorised professionals.
ACCOMMODO: the company Patrick and Dominique created together.
Two activities. Shared resources. A human presence.
ACCOMMODO supports business leaders as a management partner. Voxnovia Dambé supports people with their paperwork, everyday lives and plans in France.
This relationship simplifies organisation and allows useful skills, tools and resources to be shared. For you, it means an approachable contact backed by a common organisation to prepare actions, follow the steps and develop resources that help you understand.
Patrick brings his French-Malian experience, vision and relationship with the people we support. Dominique contributes structure, management and attention to risks. Voxnovia Dambé keeps its identity and mission.
This support does not mean that all ACCOMMODO services are included in your package. Services and any training are defined and priced with you.

An enrolment, a letter, student paperwork or a residence permit: we help you understand and organise the documents requested.
The adult student price covers a straightforward administrative task. A residence permit uses the residence permit packages.
Speak to us in your own words. Our knowledge of West African experiences helps connect your familiar points of reference with procedures in France. Every story is different.

Tell us who sent the letter and whether it gives a deadline.
What happens next
A first conversation defines useful support. Appeals or legal questions require an authorised professional.
Do not send sensitive documents in this first message.
First conversation free: 20 minutes. Tell us your situation. We explain the help we can offer and its total price. Then you decide.
No additional opening fee on top of the prices below. No automatic subscription.

My residence permit
Gather your documents, help with submission where the procedure allows, and follow exchanges with the authorities on the agreed application.
Standard renewal
600 € Total price · including tax
One preparation appointment and 3 scheduled follow-up appointments.
Payment in three instalments: 300 € + 150 € + 150 €
First application or more demanding case
900 € Total price · including tax
One preparation appointment and 5 scheduled follow-up appointments.
Payment in three instalments: 300 € + 300 € + 300 €
The fee depends on the work needed. A first application does not automatically cost €900.
What these packages include and their limits
Organising documents, preparing the administrative application, supporting submission where the procedure allows, and following routine exchanges until a decision on the agreed application.
The appropriate package is confirmed after the first conversation, based on the actual work needed. A first application does not automatically mean the higher price. Work outside these packages requires a quote in advance.
After submission
Residence permit: my application is already submitted
You have already submitted your residence permit application. You are waiting for a reply or the authorities have asked for more documents: we review the next steps with you.
Personalised quote
You do not automatically pay for a whole new application. We specify the remaining work, the number of follow-up appointments and the total price before you agree.
Support after submitting your application
Review the proof of submission, documents received and available correspondence.
Identify the documents requested and the deadlines stated.
Define the administrative support needed next: organisation, preparing a reply or a request for information.
We cannot promise a faster decision or a successful outcome. A refusal, an appeal deadline or questions about the legal effect of no response from the authorities require prompt legal advice. Do not submit a duplicate application without checking the appropriate procedure.
A school letter, a birth or an appointment: prepare the documents and useful questions.
300 € incl. tax · one simple task
Several tasks: a personalised quote. No automatic extra charge per child.
What is included and the limits
Preparing for a birth, understanding a school message, an appointment or family paperwork with organisations.
Depending on your needs
One straightforward task: €300 including tax. Several tasks or organisations: a personalised proposal after the first free conversation.
Useful documents and questions prepared with you.
Included conversations and appointments specified in the proposal.
No automatic additional charge per child.
Our role with parents
We support adult parents with their paperwork: administrative preparation for a birth, school enrolment or communication with organisations. We do not take responsibility for the child and do not replace a healthcare professional or lawyer. A minor’s own residence permit or nationality application is not included.
Attending an appointment with you must be agreed and accepted by the organisation; any travel costs are quoted before you agree. A family reunification project requires a specific assessment and, where needed, referral for legal advice.
Gather your career documents and organise exchanges with pension providers.
By quotation
The work, appointments and price are explained before you agree.
What is included and the limits
Gather employment records, prepare questions and organise communication with pension providers.
Personalised quote
The price depends on the documents to gather, the organisations involved and the support needed.
A first free conversation to understand your needs.
Work and appointments defined before you agree.
A total price and payment schedule explained to you.
The pension provider determines your entitlement and pension amount. We cannot guarantee an amount or payment date. Applying for a pension and for a “retired person” residence permit are two different procedures.
Additional costs: administrative taxes, translations, travel and outside professionals, unless included in writing. No extra charge without your agreement.
Instalments and additional costs
A CLEAR TOTAL, SPREAD PAYMENTS
Pay in instalments, with the total always clear.
For a standard renewal: €600 including tax in total, in three instalments : €300, then €150 and €150. You pay the same package price in several payments. This is not a subscription.
Payment and start dates are agreed in writing, in line with the rules applicable to the contract. Someone close to you can help pay without accessing your case file.
Costs to budget for separately
Administrative taxes and fiscal stamps, translations, travel and outside professionals’ fees, unless expressly included in writing. We identify foreseeable costs with you before you commit.
No additional charge without your agreement. A new application or an appeal is a separate assignment. Administrative decisions and processing times are outside our control.
How does follow-up work?
YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR CASE STANDS
Follow-up appointments. And news when it matters.
Scheduled appointments explain progress and answer your questions. Routine messages needed to send a document or report a request from the authorities are part of the agreed assignment.
An important development? We tell you, even if all scheduled appointments have already taken place.
How we keep in touch
Follow-up calls are by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays. You may leave a voice message; it is handled during those hours. This is not an emergency service.
The number of appointments, their approximate duration and communication channels are specified in the proposal. New work or a significant change in your circumstances requires an agreed addition. Waiting for the authorities does not add a monthly fee to the package.
The price pays for optional private support, not access to the authorities. You can apply directly to official organisations; free support may also be available depending on your needs. The proposal defines the assignment and when it ends. Terms and withdrawal rights → (French)
Accepted payment methods are confirmed before commitment: bank transfer or cash at an appointment, within applicable limits, with an invoice and receipt. Someone close to you may pay without accessing your case file. Card payment is not activated. No payment is requested on this private version.
It starts with a conversation. The team listens and checks whether they can help. They explain the proposed work, its limits, the total price, the payment schedule and the planned updates. You receive a written proposal and have time to ask questions. Once you have agreed to the contract and made the payment due under that agreement, the team collects the documents needed and starts the agreed work. They tell you what is happening and what is missing. You receive an explanation of how your support will work. Decisions and waiting times remain with the administration. The first step is simply to contact Voxnovia Dambé. Vox Novia means a new voice: a voice that helps yours be heard. Dambé speaks of dignity and honour. You can find new reference points without losing your roots. Patrick and the team are here to listen and help you prepare the next steps. If someone you know could use this support, tell them about Voxnovia Dambé. You have made the journey. Let us prepare what comes next, together.
Tell us your first name and what is worrying you, in your own words. You do not need to prepare an application for this first free 20-minute conversation.
English audio is available on this page. Language support is available by appointment.
You can leave a voice message at any time. Messages are handled Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm, excluding public holidays (Paris time).
Contact hours and arrangements
When and how can you reach us?
By phone: working days, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays (Paris time).
Outside these hours, at weekends or when we cannot answer, you can leave a WhatsApp message, SMS, voicemail or email. We read or listen to messages and reply during working hours.
The number 07 60 65 12 24 is Patrick’s personal number, available for initial contact. For ongoing support, we agree together on communication methods and arrangements.
VOXNOVIA uses your message to reply and prepare the conversation you requested. If nothing follows, exchanges are deleted within 6 months of the last contact, except where retention is required or there is a dispute. Your rights and who receives your data (French).
Phone calls Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays. Outside these hours, leave a message.
No walk-in visits. A first conversation to decide together.
Speaking French, Bambara, Wolof or English
UNDERSTAND AT YOUR OWN PACE
Let’s speak in a language that helps you.
French, Bambara, Wolof or English: tell us your preference. We arrange a conversation with the appropriate language contact, by appointment and subject to availability. This page offers English audio and adapted films. Text embedded in the film images remains in French.
A worrying letter or an approaching deadline? We can help organise the information and identify the right person to contact, subject to confirmed availability. Any paid work is quoted before you agree.
Contact a lawyer or the appropriate service immediately. A minor in police custody must be assisted by a lawyer. We do not provide legal defence or privileged access to a police station. Any document support is separate and must not delay that referral.
QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE
Simple answers. Before you commit.
Are you a public authority or a law firm?
No. Voxnovia Dambé provides private support, paid after the first free conversation. We help you understand, organise and prepare the agreed administrative tasks. We do not provide personalised legal advice or choose a legal strategy for you. Appeals and legal defence are handled by authorised professionals. We work with partner lawyers when their involvement is needed; their work and fees are separate, with your agreement. We have no decision-making powers within the authorities.
Can I do the paperwork without paying you?
Yes. You can apply directly to official services, subject to any applicable administrative taxes or fees. Associations and digital support points may also help. Our service pays for personalised support, not privileged access to the authorities.
What does the price include and what else must I pay?
Your package includes the agreed preparation, the specified appointments and routine communication needed for the assignment. The work and total price are written down before you agree. No additional charges are incurred without your consent.
Administrative taxes and fiscal stamps, translations, travel and outside professionals’ fees must be budgeted for separately unless expressly included in writing.
Can I pay in two or three instalments?
Yes. A straightforward task costing €300 including tax is paid in two instalments: €150 + €150. For an adult student, a straightforward task costing €250 including tax is paid in two instalments: €125 + €125. A standard renewal costing €600 including tax is paid in three instalments: €300 + €150 + €150. The €900 package is paid in three instalments: €300 + €300 + €300. Dates are agreed in writing. For a quoted assignment, the payment schedule is included in the proposal.
Are follow-up calls included in the price?
Yes. A straightforward task includes one working appointment and one feedback appointment. A standard renewal includes one preparation appointment and three scheduled follow-ups; the €900 package includes one preparation appointment and five follow-ups. For a quoted assignment, the number is specified before you agree. Necessary routine messages and important updates remain included in the assignment. Calls are by appointment during our contact hours.
My residence permit application is already submitted: can you take over the support?
Yes, after reviewing your submission, documents and available correspondence. We define the remaining work and follow-up appointments in a quote. You are not automatically charged for a full application again. We cannot speed up the authorities’ response or guarantee the outcome.
Will I pay every month while waiting?
No. The two or three payments make up your total package price, not a subscription. Administrative waiting time does not add monthly fees. Support remains as defined in your assignment. Extra work requires a proposal and your agreement.
Can you help me prepare for retirement?
Yes, to gather employment records, prepare questions and organise communication with pension providers. We provide a quote based on the documents, organisations and support needed. The pension provider decides your entitlement, amount and pension payment date.
Reading or writing is difficult for me: how do I begin?
Call Patrick or send a voice message. Your first name and a few words about your needs are enough to begin. The first 20-minute conversation is free. We explain the proposed work, price and steps orally before you agree. Tell us your preferred language too.
Can you support a family?
We support adult parents with the agreed family paperwork: birth, school and communication with organisations. We do not take responsibility for the child. Healthcare, legal defence and minors’ own residence permit or nationality applications are outside this scope.
Should I send my passport over WhatsApp?
No, not for initial contact. Just give your first name, a way to call you back and a few words about your needs. Before any documents are sent, we must explain which documents are needed, how they will be used and the agreed transmission method. Never share passwords or login codes.
When will the authorities reply to my application?
Processing times depend on the procedure, the authority and your situation. We promise neither a date nor a favourable answer. We explain the steps and provide the support agreed in your assignment. Waiting alone does not create extra payments.
I received an OQTF removal order or a document with a deadline: what should I do?
Contact a specialist lawyer or a competent association immediately. Do not wait for our reply. We do not handle appeals against an OQTF. Appeals may be available, with short deadlines. Keep the document and evidence of when you received it.
Our general information links to its sources. It does not replace a review of your situation. Official figures are dated and are not our results.

I am Patrick DUPONT BELOEIL, a French-Malian entrepreneur born in France. In 2002, I co-founded Édificare, an architecture agency in Bamako, where I was managing director. I no longer have an active role there. I then founded Vox Novia in Bamako in 2007 to support businesses and people between France and West Africa. In 2013, the security situation in Mali led me to return to France. Even as a French citizen, finding my bearings again was difficult. In 2015, I created Vox Novia Business Development in France, where I am president. In 2018, I co-founded SAS Black Bell, where I am managing director. In 2023, I co-founded ACCOMMODO with Dominique MORIN. Dominique is president and I am managing director. In 2026, Voxnovia Dambé became a wholly owned subsidiary of ACCOMMODO. I remain its president, continuing the venture I have led since 2007. ACCOMMODO provides general management, represented by Dominique. Today, we put this experience at the service of people, their paperwork and their life plans. Studying, looking for work, working, alone or with family: every situation has its own story. We help you understand, organise your next steps and become more independent while keeping your identity.

WE START FROM WHERE YOU ARE
Your journey. At your pace.
Whether you have just arrived, lived here for months or for years, we review your current situation. You do not have to start again from the beginning.
ON ARRIVAL
“Where do I begin?”
Identify priorities, understand the letters you receive and note relevant dates.
THE FIRST 6 MONTHS
“I’m finding my bearings.”
Organise documents, prepare appointments and find the right contacts for everyday life.
FROM 6 TO 12 MONTHS
“I understand more. What next?”
Review ongoing procedures, anticipate document deadlines and prepare your plans.
AFTER A YEAR AND BEYOND
“I’m building what comes next.”
Become more independent, prepare for a change in circumstances or request one-off support when a new need arises.
These stages are life milestones, not a compulsory timetable or subscription period. Procedures and deadlines depend on your circumstances. There is no single three-year period for everyone’s journey.
What about the official integration process?
Where it applies to you, the Republican Integration Contract (CIR) with the State is separate from our private service. It is intended for one year and can, in some cases, be extended for another year. It does not determine the duration of all your procedures.
Administrative waiting time does not add monthly fees to your package. Agreed payment instalments remain due. Tell us about any new letter; we inform you of important developments.
Continue checking your mail and personal online accounts, and tell us about any new request. If further action is needed, we agree on its scope and price before resuming.
Payments for work already completed remain due. No automatic renewal. A long journey does not mean continuous billing.
One step at a time: understand a letter, prepare an appointment, then become more independent.
Our commitments and the limits of our support
MOVE FORWARD WITH CONFIDENCE
By your side. At every step.
You should know what we do, what it costs and what happens next.
Listening. Explanations. Your agreement.
01
A clear price before starting
The work, price and limits are explained before you agree. We keep you informed, including when difficulties arise.
02
Your story, told honestly
True facts, genuine documents. An error, a doubt or a change? Let’s talk about it simply.
03
You stay in control
Your choices, documents and access credentials remain yours. We explain before acting and respect confidentiality.
04
Honest commitments
We commit to our work. The decision belongs to the authorities. Where needed, we refer you to the appropriate professional.
If we need to act on your behalf
Specific authorisation is required. A separate mandate may authorise certain actions only where the procedure allows. It is not a general power of attorney. The sample must not be signed as it stands: terms are adapted and explained before any commitment.
TRUST IS BUILT ON FACTS
Hope. And honest words.
The truth comes first
To help you properly, we need your real story and genuine documents. An error or a doubt? Let’s talk. We do not create false documents or use another person’s identity.
Our limits, clearly explained
We do not handle asylum applications, refugee protection procedures or appeals against an OQTF removal order. Administrative support for parents is possible; independent support for minors and their own residence permit or nationality applications are excluded.
Received an OQTF? Contact a specialist lawyer or a competent association immediately. Do not wait for our reply. Appeals may be possible and deadlines are short.
A clear commitment to our work
We prepare carefully and explain the difficulties identified. A well-prepared application does not guarantee a favourable decision. The decision belongs to the authorities.
Human checks
We check the information and documents relevant to your situation with you. The authorities remain responsible for their decisions.
Your real circumstances and human checks remain essential.
Avoid impersonation and diverted payments
Return to the official website address saved in your bookmarks. If in doubt, check directly with us before paying. A photograph, voice, logo or padlock is not enough to prove someone’s identity.
Do not pay into an intermediary’s personal account. A change of bank details must be checked through a contact channel you already know. We never ask for your banking code or login code.
If someone impersonates us, send us the suspicious message: we will check and make the necessary reports. If you have already paid, contact your bank immediately. We cannot guarantee recovery of the money.
Our contact is Patrick on 07 60 65 12 24. Full legal details and the payment beneficiary will be verified before commercial opening. No payment is offered here.
YOUR STORY IS MORE THAN A FILE
Between two cultures, it can be hard to find your bearings.
Not understanding a letter, worrying about an appointment, feeling unable to ask again: it can happen. You can tell us, without needing to find perfect words.
“I don’t know where to start any more.”
We review the situation with you. We separate what is urgent, what can wait and what requires another professional’s help.
“It doesn’t work like that back home.”
Patrick is French-Malian. He has lived and run businesses in Bamako and France. This experience helps explain differences and expectations without assuming that all African countries work the same way.
“I want to understand what you are doing.”
We explain the agreed actions, useful documents and next step. You know what is for us, for you or for someone else to do.
“I want to move forward on my own.”
We prepare the procedures and conversations with you. You keep your documents, choices and personal access. We also aim to give you reference points for the future.
Our cultural knowledge mainly concerns West African journeys. From somewhere else? We assess with you whether our support fits your needs.
Find your place in France while keeping your story, culture and identity.

Three things to tell us
What is worrying you today.
The procedure or project you want to prepare.
Any deadline, if you know one.
Your first name and your own words are enough. Do not send sensitive documents for this first contact.
Keeping my bearings
Before an appointment
Read the invitation again: date, place and documents requested. Write down your questions. If you do not understand, you can say: “Could you explain it more simply?”
“I want to help my child. But I don’t always understand how school works here.”
A school message, a teacher meeting or sports registration: you may need explanations even as a caring, involved parent.
We can help you understand a message, prepare questions for a parent-teacher meeting and identify who to talk to about a difficulty. For sporting or cultural activities, we help find useful information: registration, times, costs and possible assistance.
You keep your role as a parent and your family’s points of reference. The aim: to feel more comfortable speaking with the school and supporting your child, without having to know everything from the outset.
A practical example: preparing a school appointment
We read the invitation with you, note the questions you want to ask and prepare a simple way to request an explanation. After the appointment, we can help you understand the agreed next steps.
We support adult parents with the agreed family paperwork: birth, school and communication with organisations. We do not take responsibility for the child. Healthcare, legal defence and minors’ own residence permit or nationality applications are outside this scope.
Different situations. Different procedures to understand.
Choose your question. We explain useful terms, then you can consult the official source.
I submitted a residence application. Which document did I receive?
Submitting an application does not always make your stay lawful. Check the document’s exact name.
The récépissé
A temporary document issued for certain applications at a prefecture if the file is complete. It permits residence during its validity. Applications on ANEF result in certificates called attestations.
The attestation de dépôt ANEF (submission certificate)
It confirms online submission. By itself, it does not prove lawful residence or authorise work.
The attestation de prolongation d’instruction
A temporary residence document issued subject to conditions, including a complete application submitted on time. It proves lawful residence during its validity.
The attestation de décision favorable
It confirms a favourable decision and proves lawful residence while waiting for the card.
Permission to work depends on the document and application. Do not infer it from simple proof of submission. Unsure about your rights? A lawyer or authorised professional must examine your situation.
I want to study in France, or I am already enrolled.
You are seeking enrolment: we can help organise your application and gather the documents requested. The procedure depends in particular on your nationality, country of residence, qualification and intended study level. We guarantee neither admission, enrolment nor a visa.
You are already enrolled: we review the practical support useful for your life as an adult student and your paperwork, under an agreed assignment.
You are still abroad: a first conversation helps check what can be done remotely. The scope is confirmed before any commitment. You must personally attend appointments, sign and complete procedures that require your presence.
Guidance: Campus France — applying according to your situation · Ministry of Higher Education. One straightforward task for an adult student costs €250 including tax; residence applications have their own package.
We are a couple or a family. Where do we start?
Married, in a Pacs civil partnership or cohabiting, with or without children: tell us about your daily life. These circumstances do not automatically give the same residence rights. In particular, a Pacs alone does not automatically entitle you to a residence card.
We specify the family paperwork to prepare with each parent. A child’s own residence or nationality application and legal matters require appropriate referral.
I am preparing for retirement. Is this also about residence status?
Applying for a pension concerns your employment history and pension providers. Applying for a “retired person” residence permit is a separate procedure.
That card has specific conditions, including previous residence with a resident card, habitual residence abroad and a pension from a French basic pension scheme. Being retired is not enough. Different rules apply, notably for European and Algerian nationals.
We can discuss your need to organise documents and prepare an appointment. Pension entitlements are reviewed with the relevant pension provider; legal questions about residence require an authorised professional. Any assignment with us is specified before commitment.
General information checked against the cited sources on 29 October 2026. Rules depend on your circumstances and may change. We help prepare paperwork; we do not determine your rights.
Short videos, illustrated stories, online meetings and training: these formats are in preparation. They are not yet offered for purchase or automatically included in your package.

UNDERSTANDING THE REALITY
Some journeys succeed. None is guaranteed.
377 462
first residence permits issued in 2025, across all grounds.
27 819
regularisations in 2025, within the AES and personal and family ties categories.
−11 %
for these regularisations compared with 2024.
These are provisional national figures: first permits concern third-country nationals; AES and personal and family ties regularisations cover all countries. They are not our results, a success rate or your personal chances. The total of first permits includes humanitarian grounds outside our support.
We do not publish a Voxnovia Dambé success rate: we do not yet have a verifiable series of outcomes. Pending applications will not be counted as successes.
